What day it is? That’s right! The 1st Friday of the month, which means it’s giveaway time here at evbishop.com. Whoohoo! What’s up for grabs this May?
I’m so glad you asked! This month’s giveaway: A signed copy of Hook, Line & Sinker, and, in honour of our main character’s Katelyn love of all things retro, this pack of gorgeous polaroid-styled pics by one of my favourite artists, Slyvia Hart!
The photo of this month’s prize does not do it justice at all. Each gorgeous shot captures a hint of the area I live and the scenery that inspires the setting for River’s Sigh B & B. Flipping through them is a perfect mini daydream break! 🙂 They’d also be super cute hung on a twine clothesline with mini wooden clothespins. (Not that I’m trying to tell how to decorate, hee hee.)
(Having you click above and sign up via Rafflecopter is is purely a way to streamline the entry process. You’re not signing up for anything except a chance to win.) And, of course, feel free to leave a comment. I love hearing from you guys. How about tell me what your weekend plans are? My hubby is away and my sister is visiting. Free Rein (a Netflix Original horse series) and lots of popcorn are in my immediate future, then, once she’s in bed I have a hot date with a book. I’m sure you relate—or that you’re jealous, LOL. 🙂
Wishing you a fabulously fun Friday and a lovely weekend!
🙂 Ev
P.S. Haven’t taken part in Friday Fun here at evbishop.com before? Here’s the scoop. 🙂 All you have to do is show up here on the first Friday of every month and follow the very easy directions, and you’ll be entered for a chance to win. Each giveaway will be open until the 15th of the month, then a winner will be chosen at random and contacted for his/her mailing address and the goodies will go in the post. Good luck!
P.P.S. If you haven’t read Hook, Line & Sinker yet and don’t want to wait another minute, LOL, check it out here. 🙂
MAY 16 UPDATE: We have a winner! Congratulations, Natalya Lakhno! I hope you love your goodies. They’ll be going out in the mail, soon, soon, soon!
Everyone else . . . have a fun rest of May and see you June 1st for our next 1st Friday Fun!
I will definitely spend some time with my amazing grandchildren this weekend & if it’s not raining some yardwork will get done . If it is raining then i guess there will be some reading happening 👌🏻😜

If it’s raining I’ll be making more Perogies . I made 60 dozen in the last week and a half . I hope it’s not raining! I may head to the patio and clean out some planters in preparation for an epic Art Knapps visit . Or just lay around and read .

Ohhh, I’m torn, Kerry! I don’t want you to get rain–but homemade perogies are AMAZING!!!!!!! 🙂
I started my flower bed/garden prep today too (going to be a big job though! :D).
Whatever you do, rain or shine, perogies or Art Knapps–I still vote for lounging around and reading for at least part of the weekend, LOL. 🙂

I’m grandkidding this weekend too–and Farmer’s Marketing. 🙂 🙂
And sun or shine, reading always gets my vote. (And did I ever earn my book tonight. I started cleaning out my beds and I am bushed! 🙂 🙂 )

Having your daughters arrive July 4 is wonderful in two ways: the visit, of course, but also the push to get some of your most desired fix ups done. 🙂 🙂 Good luck!

Knitting is so fun, Mary–but I admit my “skills” are limited to scarfs. I suspect yours aren’t! 😉 Do you have a favorite item to make? Best of luck in the draw. 🙂
